AAUW 2025 Home Tour Is May 3
It’s back! The 49th AAUW Home Tour is on Saturday, May 3 in “Iconic Ione” featuring beautiful homes and gardens, historic sites, and tea at Ione’s Preston Castle. Don’t miss the opportunity to explore the castle’s first floor in addition to visiting the historic Community United Methodist Church. And, if you have been to a previous Home Tour, you’ll remember buying raffle basket tickets for the opportunity to win a fabulous themed basket, e.g. wine, food, arts and crafts, local attraction tickets, and more.
Tickets will be on sale for $40 in late-March through Eventbrite (plus service charge), or with cash at the Feed Barn in Jackson and the Ione Pharmacy. Day of event tickets will be $45. The event allows the branch to award scholarships to local 7th graders to attend a university summer STEM camp and to upper division, graduate and non-traditional college students. Please join us in Ione to learn what makes it Iconic!
