The Days of 49 Celebration and Kit Carson Mountain Men Wagon Train brings Gold Rush history alive in charming, historic Amador County. Now in our 11th year the Wagon Train rolls, April 23 – 27, from the Amador County Fairgrounds in Plymouth, on a 5-day journey through the towns of Plymouth, Drytown, Amador City, Sutter Creek and Jackson, celebrating California’s pioneer and Native American heritage.

- 9 – 11am – Free Jackson Lions Club Pancake Breakfast at the Civic Center and pre-parade entertainment.
- 11 am - Days of 49 PARADE with the arrival of the Kit Carson Mountain Men Wagon Train, followed by parade participants of wild-west and pioneer-theme entries large and small.
- 12:30 pm - “Blessing of the Animals”, you’re encouraged to bring your pet.
- A day of living history, entertainment, vendors and family friendly fun. Free pony rides and face painting for the kids and numerous activities.
